Simple Steps - From The Brand X Method
1. Eliminate sugar and artificial sweeteners
including High-Fructose Corn Syrup, Aspartame, Aceslulfame-K, Sucralose, Saccharin
2. Add Fish Oil
3-5g of Omega-3. Use high quality such as Athletic Greens, Nordic Naturals, Carlson’s etc.
3. Eliminate processesed carbohydrates – bread, tortillas, breakfast bars, etc.
4. Eliminate natural sugar substitutes
including, honey, stevia, truvia, agave syrup, fruit juice, etc. – they spike insulin
5. Eat whole foods – meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, and little starch
6. Seek out grass-fed meats and wild caught fish.
7. Seek out local organic sources for fruits and veggies
8. For oils – use coconut oil mosty, grass-fed butter and olive oil less often.
9. Eliminate Gluten
10. Eliminate Dairy (accept grass-fed butter)
