DEVELOPMENTAL AND RECONDITIONING TRAINING

Often dubbed CrossFit “Lite” or CrossFit “Silver”, this training program designed and implemented for those who are in need of a slower “on-ramp” to the CrossFit / Praxis classes or “on-going” developmental method of functional fitness. The focus is on increasing Joint Stability / optimizing Joint Mobility, developing Better Balance (quicker and responsive Righting Reflexes, Equilibrium and Control of Center of Gravity), and consitant work on orthopedically sound Functional Movements focusing on proper bio-mechanics. “High” Intensity takes a distant third place with this training.
