CROSSFIT / PRAXIS TRAINING (SEMI-PERSONAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING)

Programing designed and implemented using the CrossFit philosophy and the Praxis methodology for a progressive implementation of athletic strength and conditioning and overall fitness development. This is the core of what we do in it’s most dynamic environment.  Here you will find the bulk of us working side-by-side through properly constructed developmental, comprehensive, orthopedically sound, scientifically based, systematically implemented, and performance driven approached training.  What does all that mean? Simply, This is where the results and fun happen.

Upon completion of the Foundations Course, you will join the classes.  You will train 3 days a week.  You can train more but the ciriculum is written for 3 days a week.  All other training will be directed by the coaches in order to facilitate recovery mechanisms so that you get more out of the main ciriculum.
