3. Eat whole foods – meat, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seed

Avoid Cans, Boxes, bottles, or Packages with long lists of ingredients, especially if you cannot define them

5. Eliminate sugar substitutes, especially sugary drinks

Including Honey, Stevia, Splenda, Truvia, Agave Syrup, etc. and Fruit Juice, they still spike insulin

 

6. seek out lean and grass fed meat sources

7. Seek out local organic sources for fruits and veggies

8. Eliminate gluten

Without replacing it with gluten free empty carbs

 

9. Eliminate Dairy

10. Adjust intake to support athletics and exercisE, but not body fat
